Several key elements and facts about our program are listed below to assist both current and potential customers in their supplier evaluation and approval efforts:

  • A completed self audit supplier questionaire can be obtained here to supplement your vendor approval processing.

  • Flame's quality record retention period is 5.0 years.

  • Test piece halves and significant remnants are tagged and scrapped after 30 days. The subsequent retrievel time varies with the sale of scrap cycle.

  • Broken mehanical test specimens, such as tensiles and Charpys', are retained for 180 days then scrapped.
