Our heat treatment processes are founded on sound metallurgical principals and practices are in strict accordance with MIL-H-6875 and AMS 2750 & AMS 2759/1-3. All instrumentation is digital and calibrated quarterly ; furnace equipment is surveyed annually. Flame's extensive and dynamic quality system ensures that heat treated materials will meet the most stringent standard industry and customer specifications, special requirements and expectations.

Flame's mechanical testing and in-house metallurgical laboratory allows testing on a 24/7 basis for expedient delivery of customer orders. Test equipment is annually certified to NIST standards and all testing is in accordance with ASTM specifications.
